Cookie notice

Effective 2026-09-06Last updated 2026-09-06

This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

That is the whole notice. The rest of this page explains what we do instead, and what happens if it ever changes.

1What this site puts on your device

Nothing.

qavrensolutions.com sets no cookies — not analytics cookies, not advertising cookies, not functional cookies, not a session cookie. It also writes nothing to local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB, and it uses no tracking pixels, no device fingerprinting, and no session recording.

There is nothing to log in to on this site, so there is no session to keep. The contact form posts your message straight to our server and gets an answer back. No cookie is involved, in either direction.

2Why there is no consent banner

Under EU and UK rules, a site needs your consent before it stores information on your device or reads information already there — unless that storage is strictly necessary for something you asked for. This site stores nothing and reads nothing, so there is nothing to consent to.

A banner here would be theatre. It would ask you to agree to something that is not happening, train you to click through consent dialogues without reading them, and cover a page you came to read. We would rather write this page and let you check it.

If that ever changes, so does this. See section 5.

3How we measure traffic instead

We use Plausible Analytics. It is a cookieless analytics product: it sets no cookie, stores no identifier on your device, does not follow you between websites, and does not fingerprint your browser. It builds no profile of you, and we could not identify you from what it shows us even if we wanted to.

What we see is a count, per page, of:

  • which page was viewed, and when;
  • which site referred the visit, if any;
  • browser, operating system, and device type;
  • country, derived from the IP address and not stored.

The script loads only on the live site. It is not loaded when we run the site locally in development. See our privacy policy for how this fits with everything else.

4When you leave this site

Other people’s sites set their own cookies, and we have no say in it.

Our scheduling links go to calendly.com, and our product links go to product sites and code repositories. Those pages will set whatever cookies their own policies allow. Importantly, none of them are embedded here — there is no Calendly widget, no video embed, no social button, and no third-party iframe on this site. Nothing loads from any of them until you click a link and leave.

You can still control cookies generally in your browser settings, under privacy or site data. Blocking cookies will not break anything on this site, because this site does not use any.

5If this ever changes

If we add something that stores data on your device, we will update this page before it goes live, not after.

For anything that is not strictly necessary, we will ask you first through a real control that is off by default, that remembers your choice, and where refusing is exactly as easy as agreeing. We will not turn tracking on quietly and we will not use a design that nudges you into accepting it.

We check this automatically: an automated gate runs on every proposed change to this site and blocks it from being merged if it introduces cookie-based or cross-site tracking. It is not a promise we are asking you to take on trust.
