Steve has spent the last several years building retrieval and signal systems across half a dozen domains — legal evidence, data pipelines, native-AOT infrastructure, mobile, dev tooling. Most of Qavren's product portfolio came out of his keyboard.
He runs product and engineering, holds the IP, and signs as registered agent and Partnership Representative.

Mike runs revenue. He talks to customers, runs the partnership pipeline, and turns engineering output into something a buyer can actually evaluate.
His title is “Executive Director of Nothing.” That's not a typo. It's what he wanted. We figured the title that best describes nine products at once is also the most honest.
The structure.
Qavren Solutions LLC is registered in Connecticut and operates as a manager-managed LLC with Steve and Mike as the two Managing Members. Steve's pre-existing product IP was contributed to the LLC under IRC § 721 at formation.
