Privacy policy

Qavren Solutions LLC (“Qavren”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described here. Our mailing address is 109 DiRienzo Heights, Derby, CT 06418. Privacy questions and requests go to [email protected].

This policy covers qavrensolutions.com only — the site you are reading. Our products run on their own domains, collect different data, and are governed by their own privacy policies. If you use one of those products, read the policy published there.

There is no account, no login, and nothing to sign up for on this site. You can read every page without giving us anything. We collect data in four places.

The contact form

When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive exactly four fields:

• your name
• your email address
• the topic you picked from the drop-down
• your message

Nothing else. The form carries one hidden anti-spam field that a human never sees or fills in; if it arrives filled, we discard the submission. It records nothing about you.

Your IP address, briefly

To stop the form being used to send bulk mail, our server counts recent submissions per IP address and refuses more than five in ten minutes. That counter lives in the server process memory only. It is not written to a database, not attached to your message, and is gone when the server restarts.

Aggregate measurement

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you between sites, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you. What we see is aggregate: page views, referring sites, browser and device type, and country. We cannot identify you from it. See our cookie notice for the detail.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records requests: IP address, user agent, timestamp, and the URL requested. We use these for security and debugging, not for advertising or for tracking individuals.

Anything you send us directly

If you email us, book a call, or send us material outside the form, we keep what you send for as long as we need it to handle the conversation.

We do not use any of it for advertising, retargeting, profiling, or automated decisions that produce legal effects. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

When data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

We keep the list short on purpose. These are the only third parties involved in running this site:

• Resend — delivers your contact-form message to the right Qavren inbox. Your name, email address, chosen topic, and message pass through Resend to reach us.
• Plausible Analytics — aggregate, cookieless measurement, as described above.
• Amazon Web Services — the server this site runs on. AWS holds the server logs described above.
• Our email providers — the mail services that host the Qavren inboxes your message lands in.

Calendly is not embedded on this site. The links on our contact and team pages are ordinary links. Nothing from Calendly loads while you are here. If you follow one, you leave this site and Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to what you enter there. We receive the booking details you choose to give.

We run no advertising networks, no retargeting pixels, no social-media trackers, and no session recording on this site.

We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it — a court order or a valid, binding government request — or to establish or defend a legal claim. If Qavren is ever merged, acquired, or sold, data may transfer to the successor, and we will say so on this page.

Qavren operates from the United States and this site is hosted there. If you contact us from outside the United States — including from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — the data you send is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law differs from your own.

Where such a transfer needs a legal safeguard, we rely on the transfer terms in our agreements with the providers named above, which for European personal data means the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism. You can ask us which applies to a specific transfer.

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected]. We aim to answer within 30 days and will not make it hard. We may first need to confirm that you are the person the data is about.

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time where we relied on it. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

Our legal bases are: legitimate interests for answering enquiries and keeping the site secure; consent where we ask for it; performance of a contract if we enter into one with you; and legal obligation where the law requires the processing.

If a US state privacy law applies to you

Under the CCPA and CPRA in California, and under comparable laws in Connecticut, Virginia, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, and other states, you may have the right to know what we collect, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling. There is nothing to opt out of here: we do none of those things. We will not treat you differently for exercising any right.

Several of these laws only bind companies above a size threshold that Qavren may not currently meet. We handle requests the same way either way.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. It is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form validates and size-limits every field, rate-limits by IP address, and drops submissions that trip the anti-spam field. Access to the inboxes and to the server is limited to Qavren members.

We are a small company and we will not overstate this. No website is perfectly secure, we hold no security certification, and we make no guarantee that a determined attacker cannot get at data in transit or at rest. If you think something has gone wrong, tell us at [email protected].

We will update this page when our practices change. The effective date at the top changes with it. If a change is material we will post a notice on the site rather than relying on you to notice the date.
