Axon
The sovereign biometric vault. Whoop + Garmin + Oura into one local, encrypted store. No cloud.
Your wearables already know more about you than you do. They also tell their cloud about it. Axon is the alternative — the high-performance, offline-first vault where your biometric history actually belongs to you.
What it is
Axon is the sovereign biometric vault. It unifies your Whoop, Garmin, Oura, Apple HealthKit, and Android Health Connect data into a single zero-knowledge, GPU-accelerated dashboard that runs entirely on your hardware. No cloud account. No subscription to keep your own data. No telemetry phoning home about what your sleep looks like.
The architecture is hexagonal (ports and adapters) — the biometric core is completely isolated from external APIs, UI frameworks, and storage. Vendor drivers normalize everything into a single Axon Common Schema (ACS) on ingestion, so a HeartRate event from Garmin is structurally identical to one from Whoop. The UI and ML engine never need to know where the data came from.
What it does well
Universal ingestion. Real-time sync from Whoop, Garmin Connect, Oura Cloud, Apple HealthKit, and Android Health Connect — all normalized to ACS. CSV/JSON manual import for legacy data on the roadmap.
GPU-first rendering. SkiaSharp-powered telemetry charts at 120fps with Largest Triangle Three Buckets downsampling. Infinite zoom from a ten-year life view down to a one-second heartbeat without ever feeling sluggish.
Local AI via ML.NET. On-device anomaly detection, recovery forecasting, and a drag-and-drop correlation engine. Your data never leaves your hardware for inference. ONNX runtime. No model-as-a-service.
Zero-knowledge storage. AES-256-encrypted SQLite via SQLCipher. Encryption keys are derived exclusively from your device's TPM (Windows) or Secure Enclave (iOS / Android) — never stored in software. Lose the device, lose the data; that's the point.
Sovereign Sync. Optional peer-to-peer gRPC sync between your desktop Power Station and mobile Satellite apps. Double-encrypted, zero-knowledge, no cloud relay. Your two devices talk to each other; nobody else listens.
HIPAA / GDPR by design. Every data access is wrapped in an audit-logging decorator. A "Nuclear Option" key wipe permanently renders all local data unreadable — no recovery, by design.
Native AOT. Compiled ahead-of-time for sub-second startup, minimal memory footprint, and binary-level IP protection.
Air-Gap Mode. A single toggle disables all outbound networking while retaining 100% analytical capability offline. Useful for travel, sensitive contexts, or just principle.
Who it's for
Wearable power-users who own three devices and shouldn't have to pick the one that gets to be their canonical history.
Privacy-first users who refuse to install another wellness app that ships their resting heart rate to a marketing pipeline.
HIPAA / GDPR-conscious professionals who want a personal-data system whose audit trail and key-management story stand up to actual scrutiny.
Researchers and quantified-self people who want their own data, locally, in a single normalized schema they can query and model against without API rate limits.
Anyone who's been burned by a fitness service shutting down, getting acquired, or paywalling features they used to get for free.
What it looks like in practice
A user pulls their last three years of Whoop, Garmin, and Oura history into Axon. The hexagonal ingestion normalizes everything into ACS. The dashboard renders a ten-year view of resting heart rate at 120fps. They zoom in on a week last March; ML.NET surfaces an anomaly that correlates with a respiratory event they barely remember. The Sovereign Sync pushes the latest data from their desktop to their phone before they leave the house. No cloud account exists. No subscription is being paid. The vault is theirs.
What it's not
It's not a coach. Axon shows you your data with brutal clarity; it doesn't tell you what to do about it.
It's not a social platform. There's no leaderboard, no "you slept better than 60% of users," no sharing-by-default.
It's not cloud-syncable. The whole point is that it isn't. If you need a cloud-backed wearable aggregator, Axon is not that product.
